If you are new to the job world and this is the first time you have wanted to apply for a job then below is an example of what your CV should consist of.

Before starting to write your CV, it is important to make a note of what jobs or work experience you have done in the past and what education you have had and use your personal profile to be a bit about you.

I have completed my (university degree, school education, college education) and I am now looking for a first time role and I was very interested in the role that you have advertised. (Please state the reasons as to why you are interested and how your skills are relevant).

I am a self motivated person who likes to work hard and achieve good results. I enjoy learning new things and I am always keen to learn new skills and experiences.

I am a confident person with good communication skills and an enthusiastic nature. I am keen to work hard and have a good career. I am flexible about my hours and days of work and I am looking forward to being able to work with an employer and be of benefit to their company.

In my role as XXXXXXX, I liaise with companies/colleagues, type documents, run errands etc (put the basic duties here of what you do). My responsibilities include:

  • Any Typing?
